Mass Updating Dates Using Filters
If you need to change the available allocation dates for an entire product group (such as a season, collection, or a category) you can efficiently achieve this by using filters.
This method allows you to update the active dates for any large segment of products based on the product hierarchy.
Steps to Update Dates via Filters
Select Your Filter: First, navigate to the filter panel and select the hierarchy level you want to apply the change to (e.g., Category or Collection).
Select the Group: Then select the desired group of products.
Edit the Selection: Next, in the Table view, click the Edit button in the bottom row, to make changes for this entire filtered selection.
Change and Save: Make adjustments as needed, and then Save your changes.
This adjustment will instantly affect all products under the filtered segment, overriding any previous settings for the allocation.
