Mass Edit Min/Max by Store Classification

Allocation Plan Part 4: Applying Rules to Store Groups

What are Store Classifications?

Instead of editing each store individually, you can use Store Classifications to apply settings to a group of stores simultaneously.

A Store Classification is a label (like 'Flagship', 'Outlet', or 'Tier 1') used to group stores with similar commercial profiles or trading potential. Your Store Classifications are managed under Settings > Stores.

How to Edit Settings for a Store Classification

This is the fastest way to roll out allocation rules to similar store types:

  1. Group By Classification: Use the Group by dropdown menu (typically above the table) to organize your data by Store Classification.

  2. Find the Classification you want to edit (e.g., 'Tier 1 Stores').

  3. Edit the Settings: Click the pencil icon next to the classification name, just as you would for a single article.

  4. Apply Rules: The new Min/Max settings you input will instantly be applied to every store within that specific classification.
