Allocation Plan Part 1: Basics of Single Variant Allocation
Introduction to Allocation Planning
Welcome to the Allocation Plan module! This is your central hub for managing the distribution of products across all your stores. The goal is simple: ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
Setting Allocation Rules for a Single Variant
To define the specific stock requirements for a product:
Navigate to the Variant you want to manage.
In the table view, find the Allocation columns and click the Edit button, represented by a pencil icon.
Define Stock Levels (Min/Max): Set the Min and Max Values for your desired stock level.
You can adjust them individually per size or apply these values to all sizes at once.
Define the Allocation Period: Set the Start Date and End Date for when these allocation rules should be active for this product.
Save your settings.
What Happens Next?
The system will now use these rules within the defined date range to generate allocation recommendations for this specific article.
You can click on the arrow next to the product name to see which warehouses these settings are currently applied to.
Mass Edit Variants: It's also possible to change the allocation settings for all of this product's variants at once by clicking on the edit button in the bottom row.
