Madden Analytics Announces Partnership with Edblad to Strengthen Forecasting and Inventory Planning Across Channels
Edblad, one of Sweden’s leading jewellery and lifestyle brands known for timeless Scandinavian design and everyday luxury, has chosen Madden Analytics as a strategic platform partner to enhance its budgeting, forecasting, and store replenishment processes.
Founded in 2006 by Cathrine and Hans Edblad, Edblad has grown from a passionate design studio in Roslagen into a multi-channel brand with a strong presence in physical retail, online commerce, wholesale, and consignment sales. Their collections are celebrated for high-quality stainless steel jewellery crafted with an effortless Scandinavian aesthetic, a positioning that has supported expansion across Europe while maintaining strong direct relationships with customers.
With many parallel sales channels including own stores, e-commerce, wholesale, and consignment partners, Edblad operates in an increasingly complex planning environment. Forecasting demand, aligning purchase budgets, and ensuring the right inventory levels across channels has become more challenging as the business scales.
As Amina Sellberg, CTO at Edblad explains, “As our business has grown across multiple channels, planning and replenishment have become significantly more complex. We needed a more structured and data-driven approach to budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management - creating better alignment between demand, purchasing, and store availability.”
To support continued growth and improve planning accuracy, Edblad selected Madden Analytics as its planning backbone. Madden’s platform is now used to support budgeting, forecasting purchases, and store replenishment, and forms part of a broader planning stack that also includes Resourced as PLM - creating stronger connections between product development, purchasing decisions, and inventory execution.
By using Madden Analytics, Edblad gains a unified view of demand across stores, online, wholesale, and consignment channels, improved forecasting accuracy to support purchase and budget planning, and better control of store replenishment across a diverse retail footprint. The result is increased transparency into inventory positions and future stock needs across the entire business.
From Madden’s perspective, the partnership reflects a common challenge among modern, design-led brands. “Edblad is a strong brand with a genuinely multi-channel setup,” says Axel Bukowski, Founder & CEO of Madden Analytics. “That combination demands robust planning capabilities. We’re excited to support their team with better forecasting, budget control, and store replenishment as they continue to scale.”
